Review and improve the user experience wherever opportunities arise.

Solution

We analyzed key metrics such as clicks, scroll maps, and heatmaps to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven hypotheses. We implemented adjustments to optimize the mobile experience, aligning it with the desktop version, and added personalization options to allow users to tailor their experience. Additionally, we simplified the interface design for a more cohesive aesthetic, refined the color palette, and improved contrast to ensure greater accessibility.
